Free Shipping Coverage
Millenium Wholesale offers free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Please note that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are excluded from this offer. No minimum order value is required for free shipping eligibility once our standard $100 wholesale minimum order threshold is met.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the time the order is processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or for particularly large bulk orders, additional processing time may be required. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partners.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we exclusively ship within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or any international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our prospective customers outside these regions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging our wholesale products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work diligently with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement or credit.
