    Our policy for damaged, defective, and incorrect orders

    Our Return Policy

    Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or overstock situations on the buyer's end. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we handle each situation with care and fairness.

    Damaged Goods — Shipper Claims

    If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a damage claim. This is a required first step, as the carrier bears responsibility for damage that occurs during delivery. Please retain all original packaging, packing materials, and the damaged product, as the carrier will typically require these for inspection when processing your claim. Most carriers have a specific window in which claims must be filed — please act promptly upon discovering damage.

    If Your Shipper Claim Is Refused

    If the shipping carrier refuses or denies your damage claim, please contact us through our Contact page. We will review the circumstances of your situation on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund in every case, we are committed to handling each situation fairly and will issue a refund where we determine it is warranted. To help us review your case, please provide: your order number, a description of the damage, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and documentation of the carrier's claim denial.

    Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a product that is defective or significantly different from what you ordered (not related to shipping damage), please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos when reaching out.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances: items returned without prior authorization from Millenium Wholesale, items not in their original condition or packaging, items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery, and orders where the damage claim with the carrier has not yet been filed or is still pending.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Store credit, where offered as an alternative, will be applied to your account immediately upon approval.
